The MANHATTAN Trading House is engaged in the supply of confectionery products to the Russian market from major Brazilian food producers. TH has been successfully cooperating with the largest federal networks for more than 20 years. The main partners of the company are: AUCHAN LLC, Metro Cash & Carry LLC, Hyperglobus LLC, PUD LLC, MAGNIT JSC.
Goal
Develop an online store with a CRM system for developing small wholesale and retail sales.
Implementation
The work was divided into 7 stages: collecting requirements, developing the structure (prototyping), working on the design, directly developing it, filling out the catalog, integrating with online payment and delivery services and testing. At each stage, we worked closely with the Client and took into account all their wishes.
Results
As a result of working on the project, a modern online store with a showcase of goods, a personal account of the buyer, convenient online payment and integration with well-known delivery services was created. The developed resource allows you to interact with both retail and small wholesale customers, as well as with large customers, which certainly helped the client to structure their business processes.
