Since 2005, Eko-pitomnik has been offering Muscovites and residents of the region, high-quality and healthy, hardened and treated against pests planting material. Goal
To develop an online store with CRM system for the development of B2C sales in the online segment..
Implementation
The work was divided into 6 stages: collection of requirements, development of structure (prototyping), work on design, direct development, filling of the catalog, testing. At each stage we worked closely with the Client and took into account all his wishes.
Results
The project resulted in the creation of a modern online store with a product showcase and a personal customer account. The developed resource allowed the client to enter a completely new area - online sales, significantly increase the number of orders and build a new convenient automated way of communication with customers.
